We are seeking a high-performing sales expert to join our growing jewellery business. This is a dual-track posting:
- Candidates with 1+ years of leadership experience in gold/diamond retail will be considered for the Store Sales Manager position.
- Candidates with 2 years of high-end retail experience will be considered for the Senior Sales Person role.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Excellence: Drive individual and store-wide sales targets for 916 hallmarked gold and diamond jewellery.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain a loyal HNI (High Net Worth) client base through personalized service and follow-ups.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock handling, daily counting, and ensuring the security of high-value items.
- Store Operations:
Ensure the showroom floor meets luxury standards and maintain an inviting atmosphere.
- Leadership (Manager Level): Train junior staff, manage duty rosters, and report directly to the promoter regarding weekly/monthly performance.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fort Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
