- A completed Hotel Management course or relevant hospitality experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation, barista service, and ice cream serving
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- An energetic, presentable, and willing-to-learn attitude
- Enthusiasm for being part of a new and growing brand with excellent career opportunities
