Bizsolindia Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for qualified and experienced CA / CMA / LLB professionals with strong expertise in Tax Litigation, Legal Drafting, Direct & Indirect Taxation Laws, and Corporate Legal Advisory.

POSITION DETAILS

Designation: Sr. Associate – Legal
Location: Baner, Pune (Near Balewadi Phata)
Qualification: CA / CMA / LLB
Experience: 2–4 Years
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Litigation & Court Representation: Handle taxation and corporate legal matters before Courts, Tribunals, ITAT, and statutory authorities, subject to applicable authorization requirements.

Legal Drafting & Documentation: Draft writ petitions, appeals, legal notices, recovery notices, show cause notice replies, written submissions, and legal opinions.

Direct & Indirect Tax Litigation: Handle matters related to Income Tax, GST, Customs, Central Excise, and Service Tax, including assessments, appeals, hearings, and departmental proceedings.

Corporate Legal Advisory: Provide legal support on Company Law, Negotiable Instruments Act, IPR, taxation disputes, and statutory compliance.

Legal Research & Case Management: Research case laws, interpret statutory provisions, maintain litigation records, monitor hearing schedules, and coordinate with clients and legal authorities.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Strong knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation Laws.





Practical experience in Tax Litigation, Legal Drafting, Appeals & Court Procedures.

Valid Sanad / Certificate of Practice for candidates undertaking independent court appearances as advocates.

Familiarity with filing procedures before District Courts, JMFC Courts, High Courts & ITAT.

Knowledge of Company Law, Negotiable Instruments Act & IPR.

Excellent legal research, drafting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to independently manage legal assignments, client coordination, and litigation documentation.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

2–4 years of relevant experience in Direct Tax or Indirect Tax Litigation.

Exposure to GST, Customs, Central Excise & Service Tax Litigation will be an added advantage.

Strong experience in drafting Appeals, Writ Petitions, Legal Notices & Written Submissions.

Candidates with experience in CA Firms, Law Firms, Tax Consultancies, or Corporate Legal Departments will be preferred.
