About the Role
Spartan Kitchen, part of the premium Spartan Fitness wellness ecosystem, is looking for a customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve quality beverages while maintaining excellent service, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to quality and presentation standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and beverage-preparation equipment.
- Manage beverage ingredients, stock levels, and workstation cleanliness.
- Take customer orders, communicate effectively with guests,
and coordinate with the restaurant team.
Requirements
- Previous barista or beverage-service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation, beverage equipment, and hygiene practices.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
