Job Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu Department: Business Development & Financial Market Training Employment Type: Full-Time 1. Job Summary Brookinton Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a knowledgeable, result-oriented, and experienced Stock Market Executive for our Madurai location. The candidate must have practical experience in both the Indian and international financial markets. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, connecting with potential clients, explaining relevant financial market products and training services, converting leads into business opportunities, and developing long-term client relationships. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Financial Market Knowledge - Demonstrate practical knowledge of the Indian and international financial markets. - Understand financial instruments such as equities, indices, commodities, currencies, and other relevant market products. - Keep up to date with market developments, trends, and trading-related concepts. - Explain financial market concepts and related services to clients clearly and professionally. B. Lead Generation and Business Development - Identify and generate potential business leads through calls, referrals, networking, digital platforms, and other channels. - Contact prospective clients and understand their requirements. - Promote the company's financial market training programmes and other relevant services. - Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned business targets. - Build and maintain a strong client network in Madurai and surrounding areas. C. Client Meetings and Relationship Management - Arrange meetings with prospective clients whenever required. - Explain the company's services and training programmes.



- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain professional relationships. - Address client queries and coordinate with the internal team to resolve issues. D. Training and Educational Support - Assist in explaining basic and intermediate financial market concepts to learners and clients. - Support the delivery and promotion of financial market education programmes. - Coordinate with trainers and other team members to ensure effective communication with participants. E. Reporting and Performance Management - Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions. - Submit regular business development and performance reports. - Monitor progress against assigned targets. - Contribute to the company's business growth and expansion plans. 3. Eligibility Criteria - Experience in both Indian and international financial markets is mandatory. - Practical understanding of financial market products and trading concepts. - Experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or client acquisition is preferred. - Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to explain financial market concepts in a easy and understandable manner. - Ability to work independently and achieve business targets. - Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online communication tools. - Willingness to attend client meetings and travel locally when required. 4.
