Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our healthcare distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and promote the company's products and services.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Explore new markets and expand the company's customer base.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills can also apply.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
