Core Responsibilities

- Assembly & Manufacturing: Follow work instructions or blueprints to build, combine, or process parts and raw materials.
- Machine Operation: Set up, monitor, and feed materials into production equipment or conveyor lines.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished goods and components for defects, measure tolerances, and report or fix deviations.
- Packaging & Labelling: Pack completed products, affix labels, and prepare items for storage or shipment.
- Maintenance & Housekeeping: Perform basic routine machine care, clear jams, and keep the workspace clean and hazard-free.
- Documentation: Log output counts, track inventory, and report significant equipment faults to supervisors.

- Manual Dexterity:



Good hand-eye coordination for repetitive assembly or fine-motor tasks.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts, bend, reach, and lift heavy materials.
- Attention to Detail: Quick identification of product flaws or machinery misalignments.
- Teamwork & Communication: Clear coordination with line-mates, technicians, and floor supervisors.
- Safety Awareness: Strict adherence to site health, safety, and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.

Pay: ₹18,900.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
