- Prepare and check dialysis machines, dialyzers, bloodlines, dialysate, and other required consumables before treatment.
- Verify patient identity, treatment prescription, and relevant pre-dialysis parameters before initiating treatment.
- Monitor patients during dialysis, including blood pressure, pulse, and other vital signs, and promptly report any abnormalities to the nurse or doctor.
- Identify and immediately report complications such as hypotension, cramps, bleeding, access-related issues, or other adverse reactions.
- Assist with vascular access preparation and care, including AV fistula and catheter care, within the scope of training and authorization.
- Follow strict infection prevention and control practices, including hand hygiene, appropriate use of PPE, and aseptic techniques.
- Ensure proper disinfection, cleaning, and maintenance of dialysis machines and treatment stations after every session.
- Monitor and maintain records of RO water quality and other water-treatment parameters as per organizational protocols.
- Follow biomedical waste management guidelines and ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste and sharps.




- Maintain accurate documentation of dialysis sessions, machine parameters, patient observations, consumables, and incidents.
- Check equipment functionality, report breakdowns, and coordinate preventive maintenance and calibration as required.
- Maintain adequate stock of dialysis consumables and inform the Center In-Charge of shortages or expired materials.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of the dialysis unit before, during, and after patient treatment.
- Follow emergency response procedures and assist the clinical team during medical emergencies.
- Educate patients on dialysis-related precautions, hygiene, and vascular access care as directed by the clinical team.
- Coordinate with nephrologists, nurses, and Quality team.
- Comply with organizational policies, clinical protocols, statutory requirements, and instructions issued by management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
