- Hospitality Experience Planning - Plan and manage end-to-end hospitality arrangements for prospective customers, investors, Channel Partners and invited guests in line with Highland Mayfield's premium positioning.

- Guest Welcome & Visit Experience - Manage the complete guest journey during project visits, including welcome, refreshments & presentation readiness and personalised service to create a memorable experience.

- Housekeeping & Ambience Experience - Ensure guest-facing areas, sample apartments and experience zones maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, ambience and readiness; ensuring their timely upkeep too.

- Food & Beverage Experience - Manage the guest-facing Food & Beverage experience including refreshments, presentation, service and hospitality standards, ensuring a premium experience for visitors and guests.

- Sample Apartment & Experience Zone Readiness - Ensure sample apartments, experience zones and other customer-facing areas are appropriately presented and ready for scheduled visits and engagements.

- Customer & Guest Engagement - Create personalised and engaging experiences for prospective customers,



investors and guests through high standard hospitality support without directly handling sales discussions.

- Channel Partner Hospitality Support - Provide premium hospitality support for Channel Partner visits, partner meets and customer visits facilitated through the Channel Partner network.

- Events & Hospitality Activations - Plan and execute hospitality arrangements for project events, customer engagements, Channel Partner meets, exhibitions and other marketing-led activations.

- Hospitality Standards, Feedback & Improvement - Establish service standards, capture guest feedback and identify improvement opportunities across welcome, housekeeping, ambience, F&B; and overall hospitality experience.

- Cross-functional Coordination & SOP Compliance - Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Construction and relevant vendors for seamless guest experience while ensuring adherence to approved hospitality SOPs, service standards and brand guidelines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
