Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Consultant – HR Transformation & Organizational Change Management to lead client-facing workstreams across large-scale HR, workforce, organization, and technology transformations. The role requires a combination of HR transformation expertise, organization design, OCM leadership, consulting capability, and senior stakeholder management. The Lead Consultant will translate business strategy into practical operating model, organization, workforce, and change interventions while guiding delivery teams through implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead client-facing workstreams across HR Transformation, Target Operating Model, Organization Design, Workforce Transformation, and OCM engagements.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to assess current-state challenges and design future-state operating models, organization structures, HR processes, and transformation roadmaps.
- Define and lead end-to-end change strategies covering impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness, resistance management, and adoption.
- Facilitate leadership workshops and executive discussions, providing recommendations on organization, workforce, HR process, and change-related decisions.
- Lead change activities for HR technology implementations such as Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, and ServiceNow HRSD, from design through go-live and hypercare.
- Own workstream governance, risks, deliverables, adoption KPIs, and client relationships, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Mentor Consultants/Senior Consultants and contribute to proposals, RFPs, solution development, effort estimation,



and business development activities.

- Strong expertise in HR Transformation, Target Operating Model, Organization Design, Workforce Strategy, HR Service Delivery, and process transformation.
- Strong OCM expertise across Prosci ADKAR, stakeholder management, Change Impact Assessment, communication, learning, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement.
- Proven ability to lead client-facing workstreams, facilitate senior stakeholder workshops, and translate business challenges into transformation solutions.
- Strong leadership, consulting, project management, problem-solving, executive communication, and team management skills.
