Job Overview

Zograha Technologies is looking for a result-oriented and target-driven Sales Executive to drive domestic and international sales of our IT services, software development solutions, and SaaS products.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, pitching our services, converting prospects into paying customers, and consistently achieving assigned monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, client-handling, and deal-closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire domestic and international clients for IT services and software solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, social media, and other business development channels.
- Pitch and sell website development, mobile application development, custom software development, digital marketing services, and SaaS products.
- Connect with business owners, startups, SMEs, and corporate clients to understand their business requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospects.
- Negotiate pricing, handle client objections, and close sales deals successfully.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for IT services, software development projects, digital marketing services, and SaaS products.
- Convert potential leads into paying customers and generate consistent business revenue.
- Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to convert opportunities into confirmed sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client details, follow-up schedules, and sales pipeline reports.




- Coordinate with the technical and digital marketing teams to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Explore new markets and business opportunities to increase company revenue.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Ability to understand client requirements and explain technical services in simple terms.
- Strong target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Positive follow-up, presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on achieving sales goals.
