HIRING: Business Development Officer
Locations: Pune | Chennai

Key Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales (mandatory)
- Qualification: MBA in Marketing (mandatory)
- Salary: ₹22,000 - ₹32,000/month + Incentives & Performance Bonus
- Requirements: Own vehicle and laptop
- Strong communication, negotiation & B2B sales skills
- Smart, target-oriented & willing to travel extensively
- Comfortable with a 1-2 year service bond

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new industrial clients
- Promote Thermoceramic Coatings for industrial ovens and furnaces
- Conduct client visits, product presentations and sales negotiations
- Build relationships with decision-makers and manufacturing companies
- Identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Follow up on leads, quotations and sales closures
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
- Maintain client relationships and sales reports

Target Industries: Steel, Cement, Automotive, Aluminium, Foundries, Forging,



Engineering and other manufacturing industries, including MNCs.

Territory Allocation

- Pune: Pune, nearby regions and Maharashtra
- Chennai: Chennai and South India

Interview Process: 3–4 rounds, depending on the candidate.
