Vector & Voice Creative Agency is a branding, design and digital marketing agency in Sasthamangalam, Thiruvananthapuram. We help retail brands, healthcare providers, real estate builders, educational institutions and hospitality businesses across Kerala grow through Meta and Google ads, social media, video production and brand identity design.

About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, run and grow paid campaigns for our clients. You’ll own Meta and Google ad accounts end to end, guide our content and design team on what to create, and show clients explicit results they can see in leads and sales.

What you’ll do

- Run paid campaigns: plan, launch and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) campaigns for several clients
- Drive results: optimise for leads, sales and cost per result, through A/B testing of creatives, audiences, copy and landing pages
- Guide content: give clear briefs to our designers and video editors on what to create for ads, reels and social media posts
- Track and report: set up tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking) and prepare simple monthly reports for clients
- Plan strategy: suggest campaign ideas, budgets and growth plans for new and existing clients




- Support social and SEO: help with social media calendars, basic SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation
- Talk to clients: join client calls and meetings to explain performance and next steps

What we’re looking for

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads, ideally at an agency or for several brands
- A track record of real results, for example leads generated, cost per lead or ROAS
- Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager and Google Business Profile
- A good eye for ad creatives, and the ability to brief designers and editors clearly
- Basic Canva skills are a plus
- Organised enough to manage several client accounts at once
- Good spoken Malayalam for client conversations, and good written English
- Living in Trivandrum, or able to commute daily to Sasthamangalam
