Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Production Engineer to supervise daily production activities, manage shop-floor operations, ensure product quality, and achieve production targets within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Allocate manpower to machines and tasks according to production requirements.
- Manage shop-floor operations, workflow, and material availability.
- Monitor daily production targets and minimize delays.
- Conduct quality checks to reduce defects, scrap, and rework.
- Maintain daily production reports (DPR)
and shift handover records.
- Track employee attendance and manage manpower deployment.
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, materials, and resources.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and other relevant departments.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of production planning and shop-floor management.
- Familiarity with sheet metal, signage manufacturing, machines, and raw materials.
- Understanding of quality control and production processes.
- Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
