About the Role
Cenitpro is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. We are looking for someone who can independently manage paid campaigns, optimize performance, and generate quality leads for clients across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display & Shopping).
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to improve Lead Quality, CPL, CPA and ROAS.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting and campaign optimization.
- Set up and manage Conversion Tracking, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare client reports.
- Work closely with the internal SEO, Design and Content teams.
Requirements
- 1.5–3 years of hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads experience.
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Agency experience is highly preferred.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods will be preferred.
