- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage ongoing projects.
- Communicate with clients and internal team members.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks.
- Prepare project updates and maintain documentation.
- Identify issues and coordinate with the team to resolve them.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Robust follow-up skills and a responsible attitude.
- Experience in project coordination or management is preferred.
