About the Role

FinX Institute is looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Student Relationship Officer to join our team in Fort, Mumbai. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about interacting with students, counselling them on career and course opportunities, and building strong student relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with prospective and existing students through calls, messages, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and requirements.
- Provide information and guidance about available courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Maintain regular communication with students and ensure a positive student experience.
- Handle student queries and resolve basic concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic, admissions, and marketing teams as required.
- Support student engagement activities, seminars, workshops, orientations, and other institute events.
- Achieve assigned enquiry conversion and admission-related targets.





Candidate Profile

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in student counselling, education sales, customer relationship management, telecalling, or a similar role are preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone and in person.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools will be an advantage.
