Job Summary

LA Excellence Academy is looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Quantitative Aptitude Faculty member to train students for competitive examinations. The candidate should have strong mathematical and analytical skills, the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner, and experience in preparing students for aptitude-based examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach quantitative aptitude, mathematical aptitude, numerical ability, and analytical problem-solving techniques.
- Cover topics such as percentages, ratios and proportions, averages, profit and loss, time and work, time and distance, number systems, algebra, geometry, probability, permutations and combinations, and data interpretation.
- Prepare lesson plans, practice questions, assignments, mock tests, and examination-oriented study materials.
- Train students in shortcut methods, time management, accuracy, and problem-solving strategies.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluate student performance.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide individual guidance where required.
- Prepare students for relevant competitive examinations, including UPSC CSAT, SSC, banking, entrance examinations, and other aptitude-based tests, as applicable.




- Keep students updated on examination patterns and question-solving approaches.
- Coordinate with the academic team to maintain teaching quality and achieve learning objectives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong command of quantitative aptitude and mathematical concepts.
- Relevant teaching experience in competitive examination coaching is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and teaching ability may also apply.

Required Skills

- Strong numerical, analytical, and logical reasoning abilities.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain difficult concepts through simple examples.
- Proficiency in developing practice questions and conducting mock tests.
- Good student engagement, mentoring, and time-management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience teaching competitive examination aspirants.
- Candidates who can solve advanced aptitude problems and explain multiple solution methods.
- Candidates with experience in UPSC CSAT or other competitive examination preparation will be preferred.
