- Responsible for Incoming, In-Process & final inspection.
- Verification of product specification as per latest customer requirements.
- Preparing standard test procedure SOPs.
- Approving internal shade cards.
- Authorized to release the non-confirming product to see the seriousness of defect in consultation with customer.
- Responsible for rejection analysis & customer complaints.
- Cross verification of certificate of analysis.
- Verifying the corrective & preventive action.
- Maintaining QC records in updated condition.
- Verifying the master data and approving the job cards for production.
- Monitoring the housekeeping activities.
- Responsible for Valuable Manufacturing Practices.
- Analyse the internal & external rejections and take initiative to resolve the problem with corrective & preventive action
- Responsible to control the wastage during pre & post printing production.
- Responsible for customer,



internal & external audit certification.
- Responsible for system & Documentation as per requirement of ISO, BRC-IoP & PS9000 standards.
- Responsible for running QC Department in effective manner. Handling team of 15 members.
- Maintaining QC Equipment’s in calibrated condition.
- Printing background compulsory.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
