Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 0 to 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate VMC milling machines as per production requirements.
- Perform tool setting, workpiece clamping, and tool offset adjustments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances.
- Load and prove out CNC programs before production.
- Inspect components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor tool wear and troubleshoot machining issues.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S and safety practices.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of VMC machine setting and operation.
- Familiarity with Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi CNC controls.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming and G-code.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and tool offsets.
Salary: As per experience and company standards.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
