Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC, VMC, rubber molding, and extrusion machines.
- Perform machine setup and monitor production operations.
- Inspect finished products and identify quality defects.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine breakdowns.
- Maintain production records and follow safety procedures.
- Follow 5S practices and achieve production targets.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CNC, VMC, molding, or extrusion machine operations.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Understanding of quality inspection and machine safety.
- Positive teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
Preference: Candidates with experience in the rubber manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
