Job Summary

The Vendor Development Executive is responsible for identifying, evaluating, developing, and managing vendors to ensure quality materials, competitive pricing, timely delivery, and reliable supply in accordance with company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new vendors and suppliers as per company requirements.

· Evaluate vendors based on quality, cost, delivery, capacity, and reliability.

· Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize commercial terms.

· Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Production, and Engineering departments.

· Conduct vendor audits and supplier performance evaluations.

· Develop alternative vendors for critical materials and components.

· Ensure timely submission of samples, drawings, and technical documents.





· Monitor vendor performance related to quality, delivery, and cost.

· Follow up on material development, trials, and sample approvals.

· Maintain vendor databases, evaluation reports, and development records.

· Work on cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Resolve supplier-related issues in coordination with internal teams.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
