Job Description – Solar Technician

Education Qualification: ITI – Wireman / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Job Responsibilities

- Install residential, commercial, and industrial solar power systems at customer sites.
- Perform solar panel mounting, wiring, inverter installation, and electrical connections.
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar systems.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to solar panels, inverters, and electrical components.
- Conduct site inspections and assist with solar system testing and commissioning.
- Follow electrical safety standards and company installation procedures.
- Travel to project sites as required and coordinate with the technical team.

Required Skills





- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and electrical safety.
- Interest in solar power systems and renewable energy.
- Ability to work at heights and at outdoor project sites.
- Willingness to travel for installation and maintenance work.
- Positive teamwork, discipline, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

Freshers with an ITI Wireman certificate or Electrical Diploma are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant solar installation or maintenance experience will be preferred.
