Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager to handle legal compliance, civil and criminal cases, litigation management, and legal documentation. The candidate should have strong knowledge of applicable laws and experience coordinating with advocates, courts, government authorities, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle and monitor civil and criminal cases, litigation, disputes, and legal notices.
- Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, and courts for ongoing cases.
- Draft, review, and vet legal notices, agreements, contracts, affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Handle property-related disputes, land matters, title verification, and documentation.
- Manage legal matters involving customers, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Liaise with government departments, regulatory authorities, and other relevant bodies.




- Maintain records of cases, court proceedings, legal notices, and compliance documentation.
- Advise management on legal risks and recommend appropriate action.
- Monitor case progress, hearing dates, deadlines, and legal compliance requirements.

Requirements

- LLB degree from a recognized university.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in legal affairs and litigation.
- Strong knowledge of civil law, criminal law, legal compliance, and litigation procedures.
- Experience in real estate or property-related legal matters preferred.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and case-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with external legal counsel.

Preferred Candidate: A proactive legal qualified with hands-on experience handling civil and criminal litigation, compliance, and property-related matters.
