Roles and Responsibilities – Skin Therapist Company: Epsom Wellness and Aesthetics

1. Skin Treatments: Perform facials, clean-ups, skin polishing, exfoliation, masks, and other approved skin treatments as per company protocols.

2. Skin Analysis: Assess clients’ skin types and concerns, identify basic skin conditions, and recommend suitable treatments within the scope of the role.

3. Client Consultation: Understand client requirements, explain treatment procedures, benefits, precautions, and aftercare instructions.

4. Treatment Room Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and sterilization of equipment and treatment areas in accordance with company protocols. 8. Equipment Handling: Operate skin-treatment equipment only after appropriate training and authorization, following safety guidelines.

5. Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of skincare products,



ingredients, treatment protocols, contraindications, and aftercare requirements.

6. Safety and Ethics: Follow hygiene standards, obtain required client consent, protect client confidentiality, and immediately report adverse reactions or safety concerns. Refer medical skin conditions to a qualified dermatologist.

7. Team Coordination: Coordinate with clinic managers, cosmetologists, doctors, and front-desk staff to ensure smooth client service and operations.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
