Experience

1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in CCTV monitoring, security surveillance, or a related control room setting.

Educational Qualification

Diploma in Security Management, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

- Continuously monitor live feeds from Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems across assigned premises and zones.
- Identify suspicious activity, unauthorized access, safety hazards, and security breaches, and respond according to standard operating procedures.
- Escalate incidents promptly to security supervisors, on-site guards, or emergency services when required.
- Maintain accurate logs of observations, incidents, alarms, and actions taken during each shift.
- Operate and adjust camera controls, including pan, tilt, zoom, and recording settings, to maintain optimal coverage.
- Review and retrieve recorded footage to support internal investigations and law enforcement requests.
- Report faulty cameras, recording equipment, or network issues to the maintenance team.
