Hiring: Performance Marketers – Hyderabad

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, analyse, and optimise paid advertising campaigns to generate measurable business results. We welcome both in-house professionals and freelancers who understand performance-driven marketing and can help businesses improve leads, conversions, and return on ad spend.

Position: Performance Marketer
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Work Mode: In-house / Freelance

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Generate qualified leads, website traffic, sales, and conversions.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Set up campaign objectives, budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Analyse CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to develop high-performing ad creatives.





Requirements

- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of lead generation, conversion optimisation, and retargeting.
- Knowledge of tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel is preferred.
- Ability to analyse data and make performance-based decisions.
- Solid analytical thinking, budget management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing campaigns and delivering measurable results is an advantage.
- Freshers with relevant practical knowledge or campaign experience are welcome.
