About the Role

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Relationship Managers with a background in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) sourcing. The ideal candidate should have experience in self-sourcing, customer acquisition, broker relationships, and coordinating with banks and NBFCs to ensure smooth loan sanction and disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Personal Loans through self-sourcing and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, Chartered Accountants (CAs), and other referral partners.
- Understand customers' financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan applications, sanctioning, and disbursement.
- Conduct bank assessments and understand FOIR calculations and loan EMI calculations.
- Stay updated on loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and lending policies.
- Build relationships with corporates to generate bulk loan business.
- Promote the company's services through networking and relevant business forums.




- Maintain accurate customer databases and follow up on prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Home Loan or Loan Against Property sourcing.
- Experience in self-sourcing and customer acquisition.
- Good understanding of bank and NBFC loan processes.
- Knowledge of FOIR, loan eligibility, bank assessment, and EMI calculations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers, CAs, customers, banks, and NBFCs.
- Target-oriented mindset and willingness to work in a sales-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working in banks, NBFCs, financial services companies, or loan DSA firms with relevant Home Loan or LAP sourcing experience are encouraged to apply.
