- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen profiles based on job requirements and conduct initial HR discussions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment-related aspects with candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation,
and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
- Meet assigned monthly recruitment targets and closure timelines.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
