We are looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer with expertise in Lean Manufacturing to improve operational efficiency and productivity. The candidate will be responsible for implementing Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Six Sigma. Key responsibilities include conducting time and motion studies, reducing waste, optimizing manufacturing processes, identifying bottlenecks, developing SOPs, monitoring production KPIs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates with relevant experience in Lean Manufacturing and process optimization will be preferred.
