Gold Loan Manager

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and result-oriented Gold Loan Manager to manage gold loan operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day gold loan operations at the branch.
- Drive gold loan business growth and achieve assigned business targets.
- Lead and guide branch staff to ensure effective team performance.
- Oversee gold loan processing, gold valuation coordination, documentation, and disbursement procedures.
- Ensure the safe handling, custody, and proper documentation of pledged gold as per company policies.
- Monitor loan repayments, overdue accounts, and collection activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to increase the gold loan portfolio.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Bachelor's Degree.




- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in gold loan operations or gold loan branch management, preferably in an NBFC or banking institution.
- Strong knowledge of gold loan procedures, documentation, and customer handling.
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency is mandatory.

- Gold loan business development and portfolio management.
- Team handling and people management.
- Knowledge of gold valuation procedures and loan-to-value (LTV) requirements.
- Customer relationship management and collection monitoring.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with good analytical skills.

- Tamil
