Job Overview:

Pitch Scientific is seeking a result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) – IP Services to drive international B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition. The role involves developing sales strategies, building global client relationships, managing the complete sales cycle, and leading a team to achieve revenue targets.

Candidates with expertise in International Business Development, Cold Calling, LinkedIn Prospecting, Sales Pipeline Management, Client Relationship Management, and Team Leadership are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
o Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
o Convert leads into long-term clients and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
2. Sales Strategy Development & Execution
o Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
o Set sales targets and work towards meeting or exceeding them.
o Develop tailored proposals and presentations for clients to address their specific business needs.
3. Client Relationship Management




o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.
o Address client concerns and provide solutions to strengthen relationships and drive retention.
4. Team Collaboration & Leadership
o Lead and mentor juniors to set up call through cold calling
o 1 Manager + 1 Sr. Associate + 2 Associate
5. Competitor & Industry Analysis
o Monitor competitors' activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
o Suggest and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market
6. Revenue Growth & Profitability
o Assign monthly, quarterly & yearly target to team
o Monitor revenue growth, identify new revenue streams, and work to optimize profit margins.
o Ensure the achievement of financial objectives and drive continuous improvement in business operations.
