Paramvir Security Agency Pvt. Ltd. is a security and manpower services provider delivering security personnel and manpower solutions to government organizations, banks, hospitals, and other corporate institutions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller to handle client communication, follow up on pending payments, coordinate with deployed staff and clients, and provide administrative support to the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to clients for payment follow-ups and outstanding dues.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending invoices, bills, and payment status.
- Coordinate with clients, branch offices, and field officers regarding attendance, deployment, and manpower-related matters.
- Make calls to security guards and other staff for attendance confirmation, document collection, and duty-related updates.
- Maintain daily calling records, client contact details,



payment follow-up reports, and other data in Excel.
- Send reminders and follow-up messages through WhatsApp and email.
- Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams to resolve client queries.
- Maintain proper records of calls, commitments, and follow-up dates.
- Perform other telecalling and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Experience in telecalling, payment follow-ups, customer service, or office administration will be an advantage.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to maintain records and follow up with clients professionally.
- Confidence, patience, and good coordination skills.

Salary

As per candidate's experience and suitability.

Working Hours

Full-time, as per company policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
