About the Role
Siebener Automation and Solution is an automation engineering company. We are looking for a Junior Mechanical Designer to join our design team. You will prepare DESIGN for automation and machine projects, working with senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D models, assemblies and detailed 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD or similar software
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and design documentation
- Modify and update existing designs based on feedback from senior engineers and the production team
- Work with the design and fabrication teams to make sure designs can be manufactured
- Apply GD&T; and drafting standards correctly in drawings
- Maintain organised design files and revision records
Requirements
- Diploma or B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field)
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SolidWorks, or a certification in SolidWorks or another design software
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD or similar tools
- Basic understanding of mechanical design principles, machine elements and manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Positive attention to detail, communication skills and willingness to learn
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
