The EV & Solar Sales Executive will promote and sell CEAPAY’s EV charging solutions, including 60 kW EV chargers where applicable, and solar energy solutions to businesses, commercial property owners, fleet operators and other suitable customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers for EV chargers and solar installations.
- Approach commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, fuel stations, fleet operators and property developers.
- Assess customer requirements and coordinate site assessments when needed.
- Explain product features, installation requirements and commercial advantages.
- Coordinate with technical teams and installation partners for feasibility assessments.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
- Develop relationships with electrical contractors, EV charger installers, solar EPC companies and channel partners.
- Follow up on proposals, negotiations, orders and payments.
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and sales records.
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in EV charging, solar, electrical products or technical B2B sales preferred.
- Candidates with strong sales experience and an interest in clean-energy technology may also apply.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of EV charging and solar systems.
- Customer prospecting and relationship management.
- Commercial negotiation and proposal preparation.
- Ability to coordinate site visits and technical discussions.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.

- Monthly sales and collections.
- Number of qualified business opportunities.
- Number of site assessments and commercial proposals.
- Orders secured and conversion rate.
- Channel partner development and follow-up performance.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
