Work Mode: Work From Office + Site Visits

Designation: Solar Technical Engineer / Solar Project Engineer

Department: Technical & Project Execution

Salary Package: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month

(Based on experience, skills & technical knowledge)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct rooftop site surveys and assess technical feasibility.

2. Prepare solar plant layouts, system designs and capacity calculations.

3. Calculate solar panel capacity, inverter sizing, cable sizing and earthing requirements.

4. Prepare BOQs, technical quotations and material requirements.

5. Supervise rooftop solar installation, testing and commissioning.

6. Coordinate with installation teams, vendors and project managers.

7. Handle net metering documentation and DISCOM coordination.

8. Support PM Surya Ghar Yojana technical documentation and portal-related processes.

9. Ensure installation quality, electrical safety and compliance with applicable standards.

10. Prepare site survey reports,



installation reports and project completion documents.

11. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide after-sales technical support.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- 0–3 years of experience in Solar EPC, Electrical Projects or Renewable Energy.

- Freshers with robust technical knowledge may also apply.

- Basic knowledge of rooftop solar systems, inverters, electrical wiring and safety.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and solar design software is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel for customer site surveys and project inspections.

- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
