- Site Supervision: Monitor day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Labour Management: Supervise workers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure effective site operations.
- Work Planning: Plan daily activities, allocate tasks, and coordinate manpower and materials to meet project deadlines.
- Quality Control: Inspect construction work, including civil, finishing, plumbing, electrical, painting, and other activities, to ensure quality standards.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify delays, and report daily work updates to the Project Manager or management.
- Material Management: Monitor material requirements, check deliveries, maintain stock records, and minimize wastage.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure workers follow site safety rules and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).




- Drawing and Specification Compliance: Read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve site-related issues.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, material records, inspection reports, and progress photographs.
- Problem Solving: Identify construction issues and coordinate corrective actions to avoid delays and rework.
- Project Handover: Assist with snag-list preparation, defect rectification, finishing inspections, and final handover activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
