Job Summary

We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Business Analyst to gather client requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into explicit functional specifications for the development team. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and developers to ensure software solutions align with business objectives. Freshers with strong analytical and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering and Analysis

- Understand client needs, business objectives, and project expectations.
- Hold discussions with clients and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
- Analyze existing processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Requirement Documentation

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Document business rules and acceptance criteria, and keep them updated throughout the project.

Client and Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and track action items.
- Communicate requirements clearly to the development team.
- Manage requirement changes and communicate their impact on scope and timelines.

Process Mapping and Solution Analysis

- Map AS-IS and TO-BE business processes.
- Suggest practical, technology-driven solutions and evaluate feasibility with developers.
- Support preparation of proposals and requirement presentations.

Project Tracking

- Track requirement status, dependencies,



and pending clarifications.
- Assist in preparing project status reports and management updates.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and requirement-gathering techniques.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to create flowcharts, process diagrams, and requirement documents.
- Attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn.

- Accuracy and completeness of requirement documentation.
- Timely requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Quality of user stories, specifications, and process diagrams.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be able to understand business problems, gather and analyze client requirements, and convert them into clear documentation for the development team. Prior business analysis experience is not mandatory. Freshers with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, good communication skills, and an eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply. The candidate should be comfortable working in a team-oriented office environment and coordinating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
