Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
- Generate leads through various marketing activities and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, field marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
- Support digital marketing activities, social media promotions, and branding initiatives.




- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase lead generation.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of market research and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing activities, if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
