Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Interior & Finishing Engineer to manage interior execution, finishing activities, site coordination, and quality control for real estate and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise interior and finishing works, including flooring, tiling, painting, false ceilings, carpentry, doors, windows, and other finishing activities.
- Execute interior works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship, and quality standards.
- Check material requirements, measurements, quantities, and material consumption.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues and drawing discrepancies.
- Conduct inspections and ensure rectification of finishing defects.
- Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate for timely project completion.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in interior execution and finishing works.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-end real estate projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction drawings, and site execution.
- Valuable coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills.

Pay: From ₹520,000.00 per year
