Job Description:

Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our wedding photography team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, presenting our service packages and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively reach out to prospective clients (via phone, email, walk-ins) for wedding photography packages.
- Understand client requirements for weddings (pre-wedding shoots, ceremony, reception, etc.) and present relevant packages.
- Follow up with enquiries, schedule consultations, and manage client meetings.
- Close sales by converting leads into confirmed bookings.
- Upsell additional services (e.g., pre-wedding shoot, video coverage, albums, prints).
- Work with the operations team to hand over confirmed bookings and ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report on pipeline, conversions, and feedback.
- Maintain CRM/database of clients, leads and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1-3 years experience in sales,



preferably in weddings/events/photography.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Robust interpersonal skills, confident in meeting clients and presenting.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented.
- Basic understanding of photography services and wedding industry is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends, as weddings often fall on weekends).
