# Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE) Company: Filmy Galaxy Media Department: Sales & Business Development Position: Business Development Executive ### About Filmy Galaxy Media Filmy Galaxy Media is a media and digital marketing company focused on helping brands grow through strategic marketing, digital campaigns, and creative solutions. ### Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, build strong business relationships, and convert prospects into clients for the company’s services. ### Key Responsibilities * Identify and approach potential clients and brands for business opportunities. * Generate leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, cold calling, email, and other channels. * Understand client requirements and pitch relevant media and digital marketing services. * Schedule client meetings and follow up with prospective clients. * Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified leads. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.



* Achieve assigned lead generation, meeting, and business conversion targets. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups. ### Required Skills * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Confidence in client interaction and pitching. * Knowledge of lead generation and sales processes. * Ability to work with targets and deadlines. * Good relationship-building and follow-up skills. * Prior experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing is preferred. ### Performance Expectations * Consistent lead generation and prospecting. * Timely follow-ups and client relationship management. * Achievement of assigned KPIs and business targets. * Professional conduct and adherence to company policies.
