We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced MIS Executive to manage reporting, data analysis, documentation, and management information systems within a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in manufacturing operations and strong Excel and data management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various departments, including production, inventory, purchase, sales, and operations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across reports.
- Prepare Excel-based dashboards, summaries, and performance reports for management.
- Track production data, inventory levels, material consumption, and operational performance.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for corrections.
- Maintain reporting formats, databases, and documentation.
- Support management with data analysis and reports for decision-making.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.




- Experience in preparing MIS reports in a manufacturing environment.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and meet reporting deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

- 2–6 years of relevant MIS experience.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Sector 50, Faridabad location.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000, based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
