Job Overview:

KLM Assets Fin is inviting applications for the position of Marketing/Sales Executive at our Kottayam branch near to Manorama Junction, K K Road.

We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented professional with experience in financial services who can drive customer acquisition, expand the local market, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential customers and generate business through field visits, referrals, and local networking.
- Explain suitable chit fund schemes and financial products based on customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective planning and consistent follow-up.
- Monitor installment payments and assist with collection-related activities when required.




- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely service throughout the customer relationship.
- Assess local market opportunities and contribute to branch business growth.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and team to achieve business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in NBFC, chit fund, or financial services.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop customer relationships and generate business.
- Knowledge of financial products and sales practices.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working towards targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales and customer meetings.

- Applicants residing in Kottayam Town or nearby locations.
- Candidates available to join immediately.
