Job Summary

DRS World School is looking for an experienced School Admission Counsellor to manage student admission enquiries, guide parents through the admission process, and support student enrolment. Candidates with prior experience in school admissions and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission enquiries from prospective parents through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Manage the end-to-end admission process, from enquiry generation to student enrolment.
- Explain the school's curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective parents and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule school visits and coordinate parent interactions.
- Maintain admission records, enquiry databases, and follow-up trackers.




- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Address parent queries professionally and build positive relationships.
- Support admission targets and prepare periodic admission reports.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in school admissions or educational counselling.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and parent-handling skills.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organisational abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in CBSE, ICSE, or other K-12 schools is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

A proactive professional with hands-on experience in school admissions, parent counselling, enquiry management, and student enrolment.
