Profile Introduction
We are seeking a Travel Associate with knowledge of airline ticketing and reservation systems to assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary preparation, and travel-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight booking enquiries.
- Assist with airline reservations, ticket issuance, and cancellations.
- Manage ticket modifications, rebooking, and refund requests.
- Prepare travel itineraries and provide flight information.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel service providers.
- Maintain booking records and customer documentation.
- Assist customers with travel-related queries.
- Follow airline procedures and applicable ticketing guidelines.
Requirements
- IATA certification or relevant travel and ticketing training preferred.
- Knowledge of airline reservation and ticketing procedures.
- Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage.
- Positive communication and customer-service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in booking transactions.
