Key Responsibilities

- Collect soiled linen, uniforms, towels, bedsheets, and other laundry items from designated areas.
- Sort laundry according to fabric type, colour, washing requirements, and level of soiling.
- Operate washing machines, dryers, ironing equipment, and other laundry machinery safely.
- Use the appropriate detergents, chemicals, and cleaning agents as per instructions.
- Wash, dry, iron, fold, and arrange linen and garments properly.
- Inspect laundry items for stains, damage, or missing items and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper segregation of clean and soiled linen to prevent cross-contamination.
- Pack and distribute clean linen and uniforms to the respective departments on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the laundry area, machines, equipment, and storage spaces.
- Handle laundry chemicals safely and follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain records of linen received, processed,



and dispatched, wherever required.
- Report machine breakdowns, shortages, damaged linen, and other operational issues to the supervisor.
- Follow the prescribed duty roster, uniform standards, and company policies.
- Perform any other laundry-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: Minimum 8th / 10th pass preferred.
- Experience: Previous laundry, hotel, or hospital experience is an advantage.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of laundry operations, cleanliness, and protected equipment handling.
- Personal Attributes: Hardworking, punctual, disciplined, and able to work as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
