The Travel Lane is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Flight Booking Executive with strong expertise in domestic and international flight reservations, GDS systems, and online booking portals. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of flight routings, fare options, and ticketing procedures, along with strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international flight bookings, reservations, and ticketing.
- Work proficiently with GDS systems, particularly Amadeus and Galileo.
- Use various online travel portals for flight searches, bookings, and fare comparisons.
- Identify the most suitable flight routings, connections, and transit options based on client requirements.
- Compare fares, schedules, baggage allowances, and airline rules to provide the best travel options.
- Assist with ticket issuance, cancellations, reissuances, refunds, and itinerary modifications.
- Ensure accuracy in passenger details, travel dates, fare rules, and ticketing documentation.
- Provide professional customer service and handle client queries efficiently.
- Stay updated on airline schedules, fare changes,



and international travel requirements relevant to flight bookings.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in domestic and international flight bookings.
- Practical working knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo GDS systems.
- Experience using multiple online flight booking portals.
- Solid knowledge of domestic and international flight routings, connections, and transit points.
- Good understanding of airline fares, fare rules, ticketing, cancellations, refunds, and reissuances.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage bookings efficiently.

- We are looking for someone who has extensive practical experience in flight reservations, understands complex international routings, and can confidently handle customer requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
