We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive for a growing company in the Elevator Industry.

Candidates with B2B sales experience in any product-based industry are welcome to apply. Prior experience in elevator sales is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into potential customers.
- Meet builders, developers, architects, contractors, commercial clients, and business owners.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sales discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable elevator solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development.
- Candidates from any product-based B2B industry can apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and close business deals.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits across Ahmedabad.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
- Experience in the elevator, construction, building materials, industrial products, or electrical industry will be an added advantage.

Salary & Advantages

- Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives
