We are looking for Junior and Senior Sourcing Specialists for both IT and Non-IT recruitment across our frontline and leadership teams.

1. Junior Recruiter – Sourcing Specialist (IT and Non-IT)

- Eligibility: Graduate freshers from the 2025–2026 batches only, or graduates with 1-11 months of recruitment consultancy experience.
- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month + variable incentives.

2. Senior Recruiter – Sourcing Specialist (IT and Non-IT)

- Eligibility: Graduate with a minimum of 12 months of recruitment consultancy experience.
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month.

- Graduates only
- Only relevant sourcing experience with recruitment consultancies will be considered. We are not looking for US IT recruiters, corporate recruiters, or Business HR professionals.
- Excellent spoken communication skills are mandatory. There will be no compromise on this requirement.
- The salary budget can be considered for deserving candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills and potential.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
